To access Westlaw,

1. Click on the "General & Reference" icon and then on "WestMate 7.31."
2. In the space for Client ID:, type any 5 letters; the first 5 letters of your last name or any other 5 letters will work.
3. From the home page, click on Choose a Database on the left side
4. Click on the + sign in front of U.S. Federal Materials and then on the + sign in front of Statutes.
5. Click on United States Code Annotated.
