This series issued by Adam Matthew Publications as the Foreign Office files, United States of America. Series one... It consists of materials selected from the Public Record Office class FO/371 series. Of interest here is Part 1, the John F. Kennedy years, 1960-1963 (rolls 1-26); and part 2, the Lyndon B. Johnson years 1964-1968 (rolls 27-56).
