Located on North Court Street the Athens County Historical Society and Museum concentrates on Athens County history, heritage, culture, artifacts, and its people. Beyond information about the Museum itself, the site represents the Athens County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society (ACHSM), the "first families" project, and has information on publications, photos, the Bicentennial, and more.
