The Public Children Services Association of Ohio is a private non-profit association of the county public children services agencies and departments of job and family services agencies charged with preventing child abuse and neglect in Ohio. PCSAO is a proactive coalition of public children services agencies that promotes the development of sound public policy and program excellence for safe children, stable families, and strong communities.
