Provides data and other information supplied by the Institute of Race and Justice, an interdisciplinary research team, at Northeastern University.

The Resource Center provides links to: Current Data Collection Reports; Community and Civil Rights Initiatives; Legislation and Litigation: Planning Training and Implementation; Reporting and Analysis; Library and Archives. The Library and Archives section provides traffic and pedestrian stop data collection reports that have been released by different jurisdictions and community groups in the U.S.

The site is designed to be a Central Clearinghouse for police agencies, legislators, community leaders, social scientists, legal researchers and journalists.
