Transport covers statistics, publications and documents, and provides information by country on aviation, maritime, transport, ship building, road and intermodal transport.
OECD work on transport covers a broad set of activities directed to providing input to policy debate on current and emerging issues. The OECD works closely with other international organisations, including ECMT, APEC, EC, PIARC, UN, World Bank, and the World Trade Organisation.
The Environment Directorate of the OECD at times deals with transport as part of its horizontal work on sustainable development and related environmental issues. PUMA has also addressed the issue of regulatory reform in transport.
