  JABBR: Decipher Your Journal Abbreviations, by Keith Jenkins    
(Decipher Your Journal Abbreviations (JABBR))

JABBR is an open source automated search that returns possible journal titles when given an abbreviation. The titles returned are limited to 300,000 periodical titles in Cornell University's catalog. If the title that is needed is not owned by Cornell it would be missed.
