These volumes consist of compilations of diplomatic reports, dispatches, and telegrams printed for limited circulation within the British government. Documents have been selected and reproduced. The original Foreign Office desigination and confidential print numbers remain for reference purposes (and useful for locating more materials in microfilm collections).
